Saturday, September 19th at 8:30 am on Bethel Bible Village campus (3001 Hamill Rd. Hixson, TN). Choose between a 5k on Bethel campus and the trails of Greenway Farms or a 1-Mile Fun Walk/Run through Bethel campus. A pancake breakfast will follow the race.

Registration:
Registration closes Friday, September 18 at 10:00 PM. There is no race morning registration.
All registrants will receive a race T-shirt (Youth Small–3XL). Register early to receive your preferred T-shirt size. Once shirts are ordered, sizes will be available while supplies last.
Packet pickup will be available Friday, September 18 from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM at Bethel Bible Village and before the race on Saturday. You can pick up packets for your group.
Register as an individual or as a team. To create a team, contact Olivia Miller omiller@bethelbiblevillage.org with the team name, team captain's name, email address, and phone number. Once the team is confirmed, it will appear in the Team Information drop-down menu for team members to select during registration.
Track Coaches: Please contact Olivia Miller omiller@bethelbiblevillage.org with your school's name prior to your team registering.
Race Day:
Please arrive by 8:00 AM on race day to allow time to park, pick up your packet, use the facilities, warm up, and line up at the start line. Bib pickup is from 7:30–8:00 AM.
The 5K will have a shotgun start at 8:30 AM, and the 1-Mile will begin promptly afterward. If you need to leave before the race concludes, please park at Greenway Farms instead of the Bethel campus. The main gate will be closed during the race and will not reopen until all runners have finished.
