Race Registration  

I wish to enter myself/my child as a participant in the Endurance Elimination Challenge. I am aware that participation in this race will expose me/my child to many hazards, including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions and slippery road conditions. I am/my child is medically able and properly trained to run this event knowing these facts. In consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby, for myself/my child and heirs, executors, and administrators do waive, release, and discharge Parity Path, LLC, the cities of Ringgold, Ringgold High School, Catoosa County, and all sponsors from any and all rights, claims, or liability for damages for any and all injury to me/my child or my property arising out of or in connection with my/my child's participation in this event. I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates/blades, and animals are not allowed in the race, and I will abide by these guidelines. I understand that the entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the above parties to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, Web site images, recordings, or any other record of this event. As it applies to my participation in this race.
